DAY 1 - LONDON
Your vacation begins in the vibrant capital city of London. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay. Why not head out into town and enjoy a meal in one of the city's incredible restaurants, offering a wide range of international cuisine in every corner of the city. Take an evening stroll down the South Bank of the River Thames and you'll be treated to picturesque views over the London Eye, Palace of Westminster and Tower Bridge, enjoying views of historic architecture and modern skyscrapers embroidering the skyline. DAY 2 - LONDON
Why not start your exploration of the city using your Hop on Hop off pass, and perhaps stop at the iconic residence of the Queen, Buckingham Palace. Here you can view the magnificent state rooms and the gleaming collection of Royal carriages. For an alternative view of the city why not cruise down the River Thames on a Bateaux London boat and see the sights from the water. In the evening why not head to the Shard and savour a delicious meal accompanied with breath taking views of the city. (Overnight in London) B

DAY 3 – LONDON TO PARIS
Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel and then make your way to the grand St Pancras International station for your Eurostar from London to Paris. Upon arrival, check into your hotel for a two-night stay. There’s an abundance of exciting visitor attractions to explore in the exuberant French capital city. Maybe spend the afternoon strolling the banks of the River Seine, which are a UNESCO-listed gem and a fantastic gateway to the architecture of the city. For dinner, treat yourself to a delicious portion of steak frites at an authentic Parisian bistro before retiring to your hotel for a good night's rest. (Overnight in Paris) B

DAY 4 – PARIS
After breakfast, why not wander along the Champs Elysees and indulge in some truly incredible retail therapy in this vibrant area, dotted with designer stores and Parisian boutiques oozing French sophistication! Culture vultures may wish to head to museums such as the Louvre, home of the masterpiece Mona Lisa, or the Musee Carnavalet. Enjoy the sights of Paris from the water with your one-hour river cruise including a glass a Champagne. (Overnight in Paris) B

DAY 5 – PARIS TO AMSTERDAM
After breakfast today, board the direct high-speed Thalys train for your journey from Paris to Amsterdam. Upon your arrival, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay and spend the rest of the day exploring Amsterdam at your leisure. Hiring a bike is a great way to get around Amsterdam. There are dedicated bike paths throughout the city, or why not speak to us about booking a cycling city tour? And with over ten thousand unique stores, markets and boutiques, there are plenty of opportunities to get your fill of shopping during your stay. (Overnight in Amsterdam) B

DAY 6 – AMSTERDAM
On your second day in the city, enjoy breakfast and then spend your time seeing all the sights you didn’t get a chance to experience yesterday. Just outside the city, there’s the Zaanse Schaans museum, flower fields and famous flower market. You can picnic in the Vondelpark with its many sculptures (including one by Picasso), shop at Magna Plaza, take a peaceful walk through Amsterdamse Bos (a forest with lakes, meadows, and cafes), or a catch a film at the art deco Pathé Tuschinskitheater in Southern Canal Ring. DAY 7 – DEPART AMSTERDAM
After breakfast this morning, check out of your hotel and continue with your travels. If you wish to extend your vacation, perhaps with an additional day in a different city, one of our Rail Experts will be happy to assist you with all the details. B

Le Marceau Bastille

Le Marceau Bastille Hotel is a contemporary design hotel with a choice of 55 urban or ecological style bedrooms. The hotel also boasts a funky lobby bar which plays host to its own regularly updated art collection. Le Marceau Bastille is located in the Bastille district of Paris, a short walk from the lively Marais area and the Opera Bastille. The location offers easy access by metro to all of Paris's main sights and attractions.

Saint Paul Rive Gauche Paris

The beautiful Saint-Paul Rive-Gauche is located between the world-famous Sorbonne and the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens in the centre of Paris. The 17th century boutique hotel is housed in a former 17th century grand residence and is known for its beautiful arched cellar. Each room comes fully air-conditioned and is equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Other tourist attractions nearby include Notre Dame, the Pantheon, Palais Garnier and The Louvre.

Terrass Hotel Paris

The Terrass Hotel is a classic 19th century building with 98 individually decorated rooms. The hotel features a Piano Bar where guests can enjoy cocktails and bar snacks and a seventh floor summer roof terrace with great views across Paris. The Megaro London is a unique hotel located in the heart of London's Kings Cross area.
