Pay in Full 90 Days Before Traveling
We offer travelers who book their vacations in advance, to wait to pay their final balance until 90 days before their trip begins.
Upgrade Your Tickets to Include Meals
Some train operators include meals and/or drinks in the cost of your ticket when with certain types of accommodation classes. Consider upgrading your rail to have meals and drinks included in your travels.
Frequently Asked Questions
All passenger first and last names, and all dates of birth, are required at the time of booking. Certain train providers will require passport information.
We accept all major credit and debit cards for the deposit as well as full payment.
The balance of your booking is generally due 90 days prior to your departure. For some trips, final payment will be due 60 days before departure. If the booking takes place within those windows, full payment will be due at the time of booking. The date for your final payment will be included in your invoice following booking and is also available from your Account Executive.
If you use a credit card to pay your deposit, we will automatically charge the card on file with the balance due on the appropriate date. This saves you time by eliminating the need to call us for payment. You do not need to contact us for final payment unless you would like to change the payment method.
If you'd like to update the card used for the final payment, kindly contact us at least 3 business days before your final payment due date to provide the updated card information for the remaining balance.
