DAY 1 – MADRID
Welcome to Madrid! On arrival, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay. In the afternoon, why not take a stroll around the impressive Buen Retiro Park, one of the largest parks in all of Madrid, and a wonderful spot for people watching, architecture spotting and even boating on the shimmering lake. Later, you may wish to enjoy a drink along the Paseo de la Castellana or maybe the Gran Via, an elaborate and upmarket shopping street, known as the ‘Spanish Broadway'. (Overnight in Madrid)

DAY 2 – MADRID
After breakfast in your hotel this next morning, head out to one of the world-famous museums that make up Madrid's ‘Golden Triangle of Art,' including the iconic Prado Museum. Perhaps visit the Plaza de Cibeles and admire the grand architecture of its buildings and be entertained by live musicians and street performers. Embark this evening on a small group culinary tour led by an expert local guide, who will lead you to some of the city's finest eateries for 3 hours of delicious tapas and local wines.  (Overnight in Madrid) B

DAY 3 – MADRID TO BARCELONA
Take the short train ride from Madrid to Barcelona today and upon arrival, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay. Set out to explore the colorful city, basking in the sun amidst the mosaics of the Parc Guell, catching a boat out on the ocean, or riding the cable car to the top of Montjuïc hill, where you'll be treated to delightful views over the city as well as a plethora of grand museums. (Overnight in Barcelona) B

DAY 4 - BARCELONA
Enjoy an additional day in Barcelona today at your leisure. Spend some time wandering down the city's most famous shopping street, Las Ramblas, and soak up the bustling atmosphere among the shops and street artists of this tree-lined boulevard. Take some time out to admire Gaudi's iconic architectural masterpieces throughout the city, then avoid the queues at his masterpiece the Sagrada Familia with a guided tour. Art lovers also won’t want to miss a visit to the Picasso Museum to view a huge collection of the famous artist's work. After a busy day sightseeing, treat yourself to a glass of locally made Sangria and delicious tapas. (Overnight in Barcelona) B

DAY 5 – BARCELONA TO LONDON
Journey by train to London today, via Paris, where you’ll board the Eurostar to London. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay. Why not head out into town and enjoy a meal in one of the city's incredible restaurants, offering a wide range of international cuisine in every corner of the city. Take an evening stroll down the South Bank of the River Thames and you'll be treated to picturesque views over the London Eye, Palace of Westminster and Tower Bridge, enjoying views of historic architecture and modern skyscrapers embroidering the skyline. DAY 6 – LONDON
After breakfast this morning get the most out of London on a full-day small group tour with guide, taking in sights such as Big Ben and Westminster Abbey from the comfort of an air-conditioned coach, skip-the-line entrance to St Pauls’ Cathedral and the Tower of London, watch the Changing of the Guard then relax about a cruise down the Thames River.  Make sure you find the time to pop into a pub for lunch, then perhaps a show in the evening in London's famous West End.  (Overnight in London) B

DAY 7 – DEPART LONDON
Enjoy a final breakfast in your hotel and then check out of your hotel and continue with your travels. Why not ask us about the possibilities of extending your vacation? Head to the urban, cosmopolitan German city of Berlin by high speed train or ride the rails directly to the beaches, glitz and glamour of the south of France! B
