DAY 1 - ARRIVE IN COPENHAGEN
Arrive in Copenhagen today, checking in at your centrally located hotel for a two night stay. Once you've settled in, head out to explore the city. The Danish capital is famously a laid back, friendly place to explore. The perfect place to start is Nyhavn, famed for its colorful houses - one of which was historically the home of Hans Christian Andersen. Catch a canal tour winding through the city's picturesque waterways, spotting sights such as the modern Opera House and the world-famous Little Mermaid statue. (Overnight in Copenhagen)

DAY 2 - COPENHAGEN
Spend a full day at leisure in Copenhagen, a beautiful harbor city straddling the islands of Zeeland and Amager, and offering a wealth of museums, culture, shopping and sightseeing opportunities. Take a guided harbor tour or enjoy a spin on the Ferris wheel at the Tivoli Gardens, the oldest amusement park in the world. Visit Kronborg castle in Elsinore, home of a famous Shakespearian Dane, or shop until you drop on Strøget, the world's longest pedestrianized street. After a day sightseeing, why not visit the lively Norrebrø district and enjoy dinner or relax in one of the many bars? (Overnight in Copenhagen) B

DAY 3 - COPENHAGEN TO GOTHENBURG
After breakfast in your hotel this morning, check out and make your way to the station. The journey from Copenhagen to Gothenburg is famously scenic, traveling across the marvelous Øresund bridge. On arrival in Gothenburg, check in at your hotel for an overnight stay. Spend an afternoon in one of Gothenburg's many museums or take a boat trip out to the 17th century Alvsborgs Fastning Fortress. After an afternoon spent sightseeing, relax in one of the city's restaurants. Gothenburg is a real foodie hub and has a reputation for innovative cuisine using local produce. There are several Michelin starred restaurants in the city, or tuck into traditional Scandinavian fare. (Overnight in Gothenburg) B

DAY 4 - OSLO
After breakfast in the hotel, travel by train to the Norwegian capital of Oslo. On arrival, check in at your hotel for a two night stay. Discover Oslo's fascinating history by visiting the Historical Museum or viewing a full scale boat in the fascinating Viking Ship Museum. Be sure to wander the Gamlebyen (old town) area, as well as soaking up the waterside views with a stroll along the Akerselva River. You might also like to visit Akershus Castle and Fortress; the old castle built to protect Oslo and Norway. (Overnight in Oslo) B

DAY 5 - OSLO
Spend another day exploring Oslo today. Step inside Oslo Cathedral, which was first built in 1697, to marvel at the stained glass windows and beautifully painted ceiling, or indulge in some shopping in Stortorgets open-air market. A boat trip out to discover Oslo's Fjords is a fantastic way to spend a sunny afternoon, and will grant you an insight into the natural history of the city. After a busy day sightseeing, experience the best of Continental, European and Scandinavian cuisine by enjoying dinner in one of the many restaurants in the old town or by the waterfront. DAY 6 - OSLO TO STOCKHOLM
Enjoy breakfast in the hotel before travelling by train from Oslo to Stockholm. On arrival, check into your hotel for a two night stay. A number of Stockholm's main sights are in Gamla Stan, the Old Town area, including the Royal Palace with the Crown Jewel exhibition and the cathedral dating from the mid-13th century. DAY 7 - STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, why not head out to one of the cities fascinating museums? The National museum holds the largest art collection in Sweden, or visit the fascinating Vasa Museum where you can see an almost intact 64-gun warship that sank in the harbour on its maiden voyage in 1628. In the evening, check out the vibrant nightlife and huge choice of gourmet restaurants that the city has to offer- the perfect way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing. (Overnight in Stockholm) B
