DAY 1 – ARRIVE IN ZURICH
Welcome to Zurich! Upon arrival, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay. Once settled, maybe peruse the shops along the Bahnhofstrasse, famed as one of the most attractive shopping streets in the world, or marvel at the works of Van Gogh, Rodin and Monet at the much-loved Kunsthaus art gallery. Alternatively, you may wish to learn about the history of Switzerland at the Landesmuseum (Overnight in Zurich)

 DAY 2 - ZURICH
Explore the old town's classical Swiss architecture this morning, including the stunning Baroque Jesuit church and the medieval Chapel Bridge.  In the afternoon embark on a half day sightseeing tour aboard a comfortable coach taking in the old town highlights as well as the surrounding area.  Ride the cable car up to the nearby vantage point of Felsenegg for some spectacular views and photo opportunities before returning to the city via a relaxing ferry ride on Lake Zurich. (Overnight in Zurich) B

 DAY 3 – GLACIER EXPRESS FROM BRIG TO ST. MORITZ
After breakfast this morning, use your Swiss Pass to travel from Zurich to Brig. Once in Brig, join the famous red panoramic carriages of the Glacier Express. This fantastic journey runs over 291 bridges, through 91 tunnels and reaches its highest point at the Oberalp Pass, 6,669 feet above sea level. Pass majestic snow-capped peaks, dramatic gorges, glacial streams and alpine meadows before crossing the famous Landwasser Viaduct and arriving into St. Moritz in the late afternoon. On arrival in St Moritz, check in at your hotel for a two-night stay. (Overnight in St Moritz) B

 DAY 4 – ST. MORITZ
Enjoy a full day soaking up the scenery of St Moritz, famous for its champagne climate and its glamorous ski scene. It is said that winter sports were invented here, and there are plenty of activities to choose from in winter and summer. Explore some of the 112 miles of walking trails, some through Switzerland's only national park. Or try your hand at mountain biking, windsurfing, golf, or of course skiing. Alternatively, for a bit of culture, head to the Segantini Museum, which has a lovely collection of works by local artist Giovanni Segantini. (Overnight in St Moritz) B

 DAY 5 – DEPART ST. MORITZ
After breakfast this morning, check out of your hotel and take the train back to Zurich to continue with your travels. If you wish to extend your vacation, perhaps with an additional day in a different city, one of our Rail Specialists can help you with all the details. B

Hauser Swiss Quality Hotel St.Moritz

The Hauser Hotel in St Moritz is a family-run hotel with 52 bedrooms. The hotel has a restaurant and terrace bar, and is famous for its "Engadine Nusstorte" (nut and caramel pie) which is available from the hotel confectionary and chocolate shop. The hotel is located in the centre of St Moritz.

Swiss Night Am Kunsthaus Zurich

The Swiss Night am Kunsthaus is located within a quiet residential district and is close to the Kunthaus Museum and the Opera of Zurich. Lake Zurich is just a short walk away and all 46 bedroms are light, airy and spacious. The hotel also benefits from a fitness centre.

Du Theatre Zurich

The Hotel du Théâtre in Zurich is a historic hotel which was a theatre during the 1950s.
