DAY 1 BEIJING 
On arrival in the sprawling capital of Beijing, take your private transfer to your hotel. The city is packed with amazing cuisine, cultural attractions, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and Imperial delights. (Overnight in Beijing) B

 DAY 2 BEIJING 
Your full day tour includes visits to the Great Wall, Ming Tomb, and the Summer Palace. (Overnight in Beijing) B, L

 DAY 3 BEIJING TO XI’AN 
Catch a direct train from Beijing to Xi’an, the capital of Shaanxi Province in central China. This modern city was once home to emperors, poets, merchants, and warriors. Do some exploring on your own by visiting the Tomb of Emperor Jingdi, the Muslim Quarter, museums and pagodas. (Overnight in Xi’an) B

DAY 4 XI’AN 
Marvel at the Terra-Cotta Warriors and horses on your full day, small group tour. With an expert historian as your guide, you’ll learn all about the history of the artefacts. Get up close to Emperor Qin’s Mausoleum, visit the Banpo ruins, and enjoy a Chinese lunch. (Overnight in Xi’an) B, L

DAY 5 XI’AN TO BEIJING 
Return to Beijing via direct train and continue discovering the city. Why not visit the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square? Walk among the structures at the Temple of Heaven Park, cruise along Kumming Lake, or make a stop at Olympic Park. (Overnight in Beijing) B

DAY 6 BEIJING TO HONG KONG 
Board a direct train from Beijing to Hong Kong. You’ll be awed by the city’s futuristic skyscrapers set against Kowloon Bay. Although it is Asia’s most bustling, cosmopolitan city, you can also find moments of serenity. Incense-adorned Taoist temples, graceful tai-chi practitioners, and quaint tea halls line the city streets. (Overnight in Hong Kong) B

DAY 7 HONG KONG  
Hong Kong is a fascinating place to explore and you’ll quickly discover that during your hop-on, hop-off sightseeing tour. Visit Golden Bauhinia Square, Man Mo Temple, Queens Road, Victoria Park, St John’s Cathedral, and so much more! (Overnight in Hong Kong) B

DAY 8 HONG KONG TO PERTH
Travel on your own from Hong Kong to Perth, Australia. This big, blue sky city is home to beautiful beaches and a relaxed vibe. Located along the Indian Ocean, it is the perfect place to begin your transcontinental train journey. (Overnight in Perth) B

DAY 9 PERTH
Spend your free day in Perth enjoying the city’s pristine beaches, sunshine, culinary scene, and exciting attractions. We recommend visiting Kings Park, Fremantle Prison, and the Art Gallery of Western Australia. (Overnight in Perth) B

DAY 10 OVERNIGHT ONBOARD INDIAN PACIFIC 
Board the Indian Pacific train in the morning for an unforgettable experience traveling between Perth and Sydney. This is the southern hemisphere’s longest rail journey—a three-night, time-zone-hurdling, ocean-to-ocean adventure. In the evening, the train will pull into the desert town of Kalgoorlie, where you’ll enjoy an excursion. (Overnight onboard the Indian Pacific) B, L, D

DAY 11 OVERNIGHT ONBOARD INDIAN PACIFIC 
Take a morning excursion to Nullarbor, which stretches between The Eyre Peninsula in South Australia and the gold fields of the west. In the afternoon, explore Cook during another excursion. DAY 12 OVERNIGHT ONBOARD INDIAN PACIFIC 
Arrive in Adelaide in the morning and enjoy exploring for a few hours. Back on the train, relax as you travel to Broken Hill, located in the outback of New South Wales. In the evening, you’ll get the opportunity to discover Broken Hill, which is one of Australia’s rare National Heritage destinations. (Overnight onboard the Indian Pacific) B, L, D

DAY 13 SYDNEY 
Discover the breath-taking Blue Mountains on a morning adventure before re-boarding the train for your afternoon arrival in Sydney. The Blue Mountains are home to dramatic cliffs, dense eucalyptus forests, waterfalls and small villages. Once in Sydney, explore this iconic city on your own.  (Overnight in Sydney) B

DAY 14 SYDNEY
