Inverness

The gorgeous gateway to the highlands of Scotland, Inverness is nestled at the northern tip of Loch Ness on the south side of the Moray Firth. The city itself straddles both banks of the River Ness and offers great opportunities for scenic walks and evening entertainment, particularly performances of traditional music.
