Please note that your car hire does not include charges for additional drivers, additional equipment (child seats, ski racks etc), fuel, refuelling charges, delivery and collection, one-way rentals and road fund licence charges. These charges are all payable locally by you at the end of your rental.

When you book car hire we can only confirm to you a car group and not a specific type or model of car. Car types and models described on our website or with our sales consultants via the telephone are indicative of the cars available within a specific car group and are not confirmation of a specific car type or model. We cannot accept car hire bookings on the condition of supplying a specific type or model of car. Unless specified all cars are equipped with manual transmission. Cars with automatic transmission are separated into their own car groups therefore it is possible for us to confirm an automatic car but not the specific type or model of automatic car.

When you pick up your vehicle you will be offered optional insurances such as Super Collision Damage Waiver, Super Theft Protection, Personal Accident Insurance and Super Personal Accident Insurance, all of which are payable locally by you and are not included in the cost of your rental.
