Trans-Siberian - Luxury Trains

Trans-Siberian The Trans-Siberian is the classic journey of 9288 kilometres linking Moscow and Vladivostok, passing through 8 time zones. The name Trans-Siberian is somewhat of a misnomer because encompassed in this name are the trains linking Moscow and Beijing (which are known as Trans-Mongolia - passing through Mongolia) and the Trans-Manchurian (passing through Manchuria and Harbin). We class all routes as Trans-Siberian as you spend a number of days on each route passing through Siberia.

There is another route between Beijing and Moscow which follows in the steps of Marco Polo along the Silk Route.
