Day 1 - London to Zurich
Travel from London to Paris by Eurostar, before transferring onto the train to Zurich. On arrival check-in for 1 night at the Hotel du Théâtre.
The Hotel du Théâtre in Zurich is a historic hotel which was a theatre during the 1950s. The hotel has 50 contemporary and individually designed and furnished bedrooms, a cinema, an audio book library and a relaxing lounge. The hotel is in the centre of old Zurich.
Day 2 - Zurich to Venice
Day 2 take the train from Zurich through the Swiss Alps along the Gotthard Pass, and over Lake Lugano on the Swiss border with Italy. The train travels down to Milan, before running alongside Lake Garda (look out for brief glimpses of the Lake) to Venice.
Days 2-5 Venice
Arrive in Venice where you check in for a 3 night stay at the Giorgione Venice.
The Giorgione Hotel building was originally an 18th century confectionary warehouse. Since the 19th century the Giorgione has been a family run traditional and elegant hotel. The hotel is situated in the Cannaregio area of Venice, close to Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square.
