Itinerary - 5 Night Holiday By Rail
Days 1-2 -Orient-Express to Venice
Venice Simplon Orient-Express
As you board the British Pullman train at London Victoria station, your steward will show you to your reserved seat. Sit back and enjoy lunch as you travel throughout the Kentish countryside. After crossing the channel board the blue and gold carriages of the Continental Wagons-Lits.
Throughout your journey you will be attended by your own personal Steward. After you have settled into your private compartment, you will be served a four-course dinner. When you are ready, retire to your compartment, which has now been transformed into a bedroom.
Days 2-5 - Venice
Breakfast is served in your compartment as you travel through the Swiss Alps. Spend the morning in the Bar Car chatting to fellow guests over coffee. Enjoy lunch served in another of the restaurant cars. Relax in your compartment and admire passing scenery as the train travels through the Italian Dolomites. Afternoon tea is served in your compartment as you travel through the Brenner Pass. Finally prepare to disembark as the train crosses the Venetian Lagoon and pulls into Venice Santa Lucia station.
On arrival at Venice Santa Lucia check in at the Palazzo Sant'Angelo Hotel.
The Palazzo Sant'Angelo Hotel is a cosy boutique hotel set in a historic building. The hotel has its own private boat wharf. The hotel is on the Grand Canal, close to Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square.
Days 5-6 - Venice to London
Day 5, transfer to Venice train station to catch the overnight sleeper train (in a 2 berth cabin) to Paris, which arrives the next morning. At Paris transfer onto Eurostar back to London, Ebbsfleet or Ashford.
Palazzo Sant'Angelo Hotel 
The Palazzo Sant'Angelo Hotel is a cosy boutique hotel set in a historic building. The hotel has its own private boat wharf. The hotel is on the Grand Canal, close to Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square.

Day 5, transfer to Venice train station to catch the overnight sleeper train (in a 2 berth cabin) to Paris, which arrives the next morning. At Paris transfer onto Eurostar in Leisure Select Class (First Class) back to London, Ebbsfleet or Ashford.
