Travel from London to Paris by Eurostar, before transferring onto the train to Zurich. On arrival check-in for 1 night at the Hotel du Théâtre.

Lake Lugano
Take the train from Zurich through the Swiss Alps along the Gotthard Pass, and over Lake Lugano on the Swiss border with Italy. The train travels down to Milan, where you change trains before travelling through Tuscan countryside to Rome.
Days 2-5 - Rome
Arrive in Rome, where you check-in at the Hotel Alexandra.

Itinerary - 4 Night Luxury Holiday By Air + Rail
Day 1 - Zurich
Take the Eurostar in Lesiure Select (First Class) from London to Paris, where you transfer on the train to Zurich. Check-in at the Schweizerhof Hotel.

Day 2-5 - Rome
Day 2, travel through the Alps to Milan, where you transfer onto the train to Rome. Check-in at the Hotel de Russie.

Take the train to Rome airport and travel with British Airways in Euro Traveller class from Rome to London.
