Day 1
London to Zurich
Travel in Standard Premier on the Eurostar to Paris and then connect onto the TGV Lyria service which arrives into Zurich in time for dinner. A porter will come to meet you and help you with your luggage across the road to the Schweizerhof Hotel for your overnight stay.
Enjoy a free welcome drink in the hotel bar before heading out for dinner in one of the many restaurants that Zurich has to offer. After dinner, have a drink in vibrant Niederdorf district or take a walk along the banks of the River Limmat.
Day 2
Zurich to Venice
After a champagne buffet breakfast, take the train from Zurich to Milan in first class (journey time approximately 3 hours 40 minutes). The route of this spectacular journey follows the shores of Lake Lucerne before plunging through the Gotthard Pass. Travel down through high mountain passes, wide green valleys and alpine villages perched precariously on the hillsides. After a quick change over in Milan you arrive into Venice Santa Lucia station in the early afternoon.
