Travel on the Eurostar to Paris, where you transfer onto the famous TGV train to Zurich. Speed through the French Champagne region passing quaint French villages and picturesque countryside before arriving into Zurich in time for dinner.
Check in for a 2 night stay at the Hotel du Théâtre. Spend the evening in the Old Town by Lake Zürich, enjoying the wide variety of bars, restaurants and boutique shops.

Zurich is an elegant Swiss city, located on the banks of the River Limmat. The city is one of Europe's cultural hubs, featuring an impressive number of art galleries and museums, among which the Kunsthaus is the most well-known.
After breakfast, board the direct service from Zurich through the Swiss Alps to Venice via Milan. The route of this spectacular journey follows the shores of Lake Lucerne before plunging through the Gotthard Pass. Travel down through high mountain passes, wide green valleys and alpine villages perched precariously on the hillsides. Look out for a glimpse of Lake Lugano as you cross the border into Italy at Chiasso.

Arrive in the evening in Munich and check in at the comfortable Courtyard Munich City Centre for a 2 night stay. The hotel is situated very close to Munich's main station.

Marvel at the architecture of the Marienplatz, visit the largest cathedral in the city, the Frauenkirche and uncover the legend behind the Teufelsschritt (Devil’s Footstep), take a tour of the renowned Deutsches Museum or relax in the beautiful Englischer Garten, one of the largest urban parks in the world.
No visit to Munich is complete without a visit to a beer hall. The Hofbräuhaus am Platzl is undoubtedly the most famous of these, where you can sample some weisswürste (white sausage) or schweinshaxe (pork knuckle) with your mass (litre glass) of beer.
Travel back via Frankfurt and Brussels on the ultra modern high speed German ICE train, before catching the Eurostar back to London.

The hotel is located in one of the quietest parts of the city called Cannaregio, within walking distance of all the main sights.
