Itinerary - 4 Night Holiday by Air + Rail

Day 1

London to Cologne

Take the Eurostar from London St Pancras, Ebbsfleet or Ashford to Brussels and connect onto the high speed service to Cologne. Once in Cologne Hauptbahnhof, the famous Cathedral is just outside the station entrance so you will have plenty of time to look around and perhaps enjoy dinner in the city’s Old Town before catching your City Night Line sleeper service later on in the evening.

Once onboard, settle into your comfortable private compartment for the night. Drinks and light refreshments will be available from the carriage attendant during the journey. To make your journey that extra bit more comfortable why not upgrade to a deluxe cabin on the sleeper train to Prague? Deluxe cabins are larger than the standard cabins and you have the extra luxury of a small private toilet and shower, a complimentary aperitif of red wine or sparkling white on departure and a bigger breakfast. Soap, towels, mineral water & shower gel are also provided in deluxe cabins.

Days 2 to 4

Prague

Enjoy a continental breakfast in your compartment before arriving into Prague in the mid-morning. On arrival, check in at the Elite Prague Hotel for a 3 night stay.

Straddling the Vltava River, Prague has been attracting more and more visitors since the fall of the iron curtain twenty years ago. Its cathedrals, cobbled squares, bridges and golden towers make it a fairytale destination. Head up to the 9th century castle for great views, wander around the beautiful Old Town with its winding streets and Astrological Clock, or take a steamboat cruise down the river.

Day 5

Prague to London

After breakfast in the hotel, head to the airport for your BA flight back to London.
