Hotel and room facilities may be subject to an extra charge or are on request.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you pay by debit card there is no extra charge; if you choose to pay by credit card a 2% surcharge applies.

Eurostar to Brussels
Eurostar trains run from London St Pancras International or Ebbsfleet International to Brussels Gare du Midi (Zuid Station). Eurostar runs from London St Pancras International to Brussels in approximately 1 hour 51 minutes.
Check in for all Eurostar destinations is 30 minutes before departure. You will need a passport for travel, and a visa where necessary.

Brussels to Berlin
Change at Brussels Gare du Midi for an ICE train to Berlin via Cologne. The journey time is approximately 6 hours 20 minutes.
Other connections between Brussels and Cologne are available on Thalys trains - supplements apply.
Overnight trains are available via Paris, we recommend upgrading to a deluxe cabin including beds with sheets and duvet, an ensuite bathroom and a complimentary toiletries pack. Supplements apply please call for a quote.
