Nominate your favourite green space and win a holiday to Venice

18th August 2008

Whether it's a peaceful rural idyll or a urban oasis of flora and fauna, readers of the Times newspaper are being given the opportunity to nominate their favourite green spaces and win the chance to go on a great holiday.

All those who nominate their favourite green spaces will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a five-night trip for two people to the luxurious city of Venice via Zurich and Turin.

The lucky winners of the competition, which is being held in association with Railbookers, will depart from London St Pancras or Ebbsfleet International and travel to Zurich via Paris.

After breakfast the next morning, they will leave for the beautiful Italian city of Venice, enjoying the amazing views through the Gotthard pass, Lake Lugano and Lake Como.

During their three nights in Venice, travellers can enjoy the city's wide range of galleries, museums, bars and restaurants.

Finally, the winners will stay overnight in Turin before returning to London via Paris.

Nominate your favourite Green Space.
