Royal Mail Strikes

Due to the Royal Mail strikes taking place this week and next week, Railbookers are looking for the best method to get travel documents to our customers. Wherever possible Railbookers' staff will be hand delivering travel documents, or meeting customers at the London Waterloo Eurostar terminal on the day of departure (at least 45 minutes before your train departs). In a few cases where we can't meet our customers, we'll be sending the travel documents by courier. We'll be in touch by email or by phone to let every customer know how their travel documents will be delivered.
